Brief job description:
-Oversees projects and staff in the Pharmacovigilance Department.
-Responsible for staffing, scheduling, disciplinary actions, evaluations and oversight of pharmacovigilance teams.
-Assist with budget, change order and invoicing.
-Responsible for the safety timelines, deliverables quality, meeting client expectations and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
-Educated with any of the following: MD, PharmD/RPh, PhD, MSc, Nurse or equivalent
-5 years minimum prior experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech safety department
-Strong working knowledge of European regulations and legislation
-Knowledge of EU PV regulations and legislation
-Line management experience
-Fluent in English, additional languages skills a plus
