Yvette Cleland
– CEO

Yvette Cleland is CEO of The Clinical Professionals Group, a global staffing firm specialising in Life Sciences. After eight years working in the pharmaceutical sector at Janssen, part of J&J she moved to the professional staffing sector. Utilising a core understanding of life sciences, Yvette combines knowledge of both industries with her work at Clinical Professionals.

In 2012 she joined Clinical Professionals to scale the business for acquisition, drive growth and expand the brand portfolio and global foot print. In 2017 she lead the expansion of the business into the US.

In 2018 Yvette was nominated by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the top 100 most powerful women in staffing globally. Under her leadership, the business launched the award winning Graduate Academies and Physician to Pharma programs. Yvette led the company through acquisition in 2015 by Irish recruitment firm CPL Resourcing. She sits on the Board of APSCo, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies and has a mini MBA in pharma. In 2018 she has been asked to write a Parliamentary Review on life sciences staffing.

Glen Hall
– COO

Glen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 with KPMG where he worked for 7 years.

Since leaving KPMG, Glen has held a number of senior finance positions, including Randstad, where he led the UK Finance team.

Glen joined Clinical Professionals in 2012 and has worked closely with Yvette Cleland to successfully grow the business.

Sarah Goddard
– Divisional Director

Sarah has 16 years of recruitment experience garnered from working at Hays Recruitment, progressing to a Regional Manager before working as Manager for the South-East for Hewitson Walker.

Since joining Clinical Professionals in 2009, Sarah has progressed to Divisional Director having been involved in strategic account development across all functional areas, start-up of our successful Medical Communications Professionals brand, as well as being instrumental in the development of our Academy division.

Suzanne Swan
– Divisional Director

Suzanne joined Clinical Professionals in 2012 and has 14 years’ experience in the recruitment industry running both perm and contract teams.

As a Divisional Director Suzanne launched and now oversees the Scientific Professionals brand, the MedTech Professionals Brand as well the Commercial team.

Most recently she opened the Group’s newest German office and now splits her time between London and Munich.

Louise Wraight
– Director OM UK and CP Global Search

Starting her career in 2005, Louise has 12 years recruitment experience in a range of professional services and markets currently supplying Physicians within the Life Sciences Industry.

Formerly working as a Business Manager within a Commercial Staffing Consultancy; Louise joined Clinical Professionals Group in January 2015 and became a key member of the Only Medics Division.

Her main responsibilities include offering a Senior Appointments/Executive Search Solution of Senior Physicians; Management of the UK Only Medics Division and an Account Manager of specific key business clients.
