Clinical Research Graduate Scheme

Clinical Professionals train the most talented Life Sciences University Graduates within the UK and deploys them into “first to industry” clinical roles.

The Clinical Professionals Group launched their graduate training academy for UK graduates looking to work in clinical research in 2014. The academy provides life science graduates with the training they require to start their career within pharma.

The initial modular training course prepares graduates for CTA (Clinical Trial Administrator) jobs within the life sciences industry. Training is fully funded by Clinical Professionals* for those successful graduates that are accepted on the program.

On successful completion of the training course graduates will be fully supported in finding a first to industry role within clinical research by Clinical Professionals. Once in situ in your new career you will receive “continued professional development” via Clinical Professionals training and support team.

On the achievement of one full years employment in your new role successful graduates will have the additional benefit of receiving a retention bonus in addition to their competitive salary, benefits and training.

After completing 12 months of continuous employment, there is then the option to progress onto the first available Clinical Research Associate (CRA) development course which further enhances skills and begins the exciting career pathway of progression within Clinical Drug Development.

If you would like to register for Clinical Professionals’ Graduate Academy, please email academy@clinicalprofessionals.eu with your name and phone number, and a member of our team will be in touch.
