Upon requesting registration you will be referred to a specialist-sector consultant, who will arrange a consultation at your convenience. This will enable your consultant to gain an understanding not only of the company’s current requirements and situation, but will also provide a broader forum in which you may discuss the long-term staffing needs within the company, and any specialist experience or qualifications that may be required from future candidates.

Creation of Talent Tracker Profile
Your consultant will utilise this information to create a detailed profile of attributes necessary for potential candidates, and, where appropriate, an agreed timescale for the next step in your staffing plans.

Talent Tracker Database
