My client is a healthcare expert working in partnerships with their clients to drive positive change in healthcare communications and market access in the UK and on a global scale too.

They have created a new team within the communications practice to focus on delivering the strategy and tactics for Multichannel, Omnichannel and novel technology marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and shape of this new Omnichannel team while been a pivotal contact for established and strategically working towards bringing in new clients.

Key responsibilities
Taking full ownership of the omnichannel programme for each client, ranging from strategy input to day-today management of tactics
Ensuring optimal financial management of each account and demonstrate a clear understanding of financial processes with the business
Monitoring forecasts and plan in conjunction with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure business objectives on time and within budget
Managing and influencing senior-level client contacts and maintaining positive working relationships
Leading pitches
Highlighting issues to the Client Services Director/GAD
Line managing

Experience working within a medcomms agency
Experience managing accounts
Strong ability to build relationships with clients
Project management experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and technologies
