Account Manager – Medical Communications
Locations: Farnham (Remote working available)
A collaborative healthcare communications agency, with a global presence and client base, are seeking an Account Manager who will play a key role in delivering high quality work to their clients.
As an Account Manager, you will work across a variety of therapy areas delivering a diverse range of projects within budget and on time, be able to quickly digest data to refine scientific content and deliver a compelling message.
Your key responsibilities will include: becoming the point of contact for your projects, working closely with the client to understand their business and project needs, the financial management of projects, coordinating effectively and efficiently with the team (in which you will occasionally lead), acting as a mentor to junior team members and developing new business growth opportunities from both new and existing clients.
When applying for this role please ensure you have the following experience as a minimum:
A Life Sciences or Communications/Marketing degree (or equivalent qualification), as well as a strong understanding of Medical Communications gained through previous and current work experiences
Demonstratable project and/or account management experience gained from a medical or healthcare communications agency
The ability to understand, write and review scientific copy
