This role will be supporting a heavy hitting German, Netherlands and Italian territory where you will be required to manage account planning and forecasting under the guidance of a successful Business Development Manager. This position will allow you to further develop your understanding of the industry whilst capitalising on high revenue, invaluable mentorship and bespoke, innovative solutions. You will be liaising with both internal and external contacts to provide a strategic and profitable course of action.
The successful applicant will have a biological degree/level of understanding and have begun their first steps to a career in sales. Proven exposure to a full sales cycle will be advantageous however you must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and competence when discussing technical and numerical data with clients. In return you will be working for a company who value reinvestment and growth, with 20% annual growth targets and a 15% profit reinvestment in R&D you’ll certainly be pushed in order to work with the best.
– A scientific, biological or pharma based degree
– Previous ACM/BD/Sales experience within a B2B environment
– Experience within biopharma
– Pro-active and engaged work ethic
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Target driven
