Admin Support

12 month contract

£15.30 per hour

Speke – Liverpool

A well respected Pharmaceutical company are looking for a Admin support to join their team on site on a 12 month basis.

The job:

  • Under general direction, provides administrative, data entry and support services to the Engineering CMMS team.
  • Performs administrative tasks in support of a functional area such as Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory etc.
  • Coordinates projects, tracks progress and identifies and resolves issues.
  • May provide lead technical support by performing analysis, testing and maintenance of tools, equipment and systems.
  • Remain knowledge of business unit policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training

• 2+ years’ administrative support/relevant functional experience

• Experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, etc.) preferable

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
