Affiliate Transition Lead

*A Life Sciences Firm Based in Surrey Are Looking for an Affiliate Transition Lead*

A Life Sciences firm, based in Surrey, are currently on the lookout for an Affiliate Transition Lead for a 12 Month Contract

This role will have you responsible for ensuring that market unique requirements are recognised and implemented in the global template design. Upon joining, the Transition Lead will Take part in development and implementation of standard processes and Master Data, as well as in planning and execution of the process change management activities. This is a role that will be able to cover multiple affiliates in a heavily matrixed environment and will be crucial for leading xhange and process enhancements in their respective markets. In order to insure a successful outcome for their relevant markets.

Other Responsibilities include;
Understand and translate the Global Template into regional processes
Understand local processes for the Affiliates in scope, identify gaps in the Global Template for covering local processes
Prepare and sell proposals on how to address process gaps, including cost-benefit analysis if required. This will require influencing of a significant network including Regional/Global Process Owners, Affiliate General Managers and their respective teams, Apple DAB
Propose roles and responsibilities for standard and local processes
Participate in the Master Data related design activities
Work together with the Continuous Improvement team to ensure that the EMEA process improvement methodology is used
Coordinate with other departments and functional managers, e.g. Operations, to ensure requirements are identified and addressed.

Successful Candidates will have the following experience;
Master Data Experience in an EMEA/Global organisation
3-5 years of experience in the above area
Global/EMEA wide implementation experience
Experience working in a Matrix organisation

This role would suit a mid to senior level Data Analyst with a keen interest in Successfactors and HRIS systems
