My client is an expanding, global pharmaceutical company located on the border of North West London and Hertfordshire. They have a new opening for an Assistant PV Compliance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

In this busy role, you will reporting directly into the EU QPPV and Head of Global PV. You will work closely with global affiliates across Europe, the US & India and will be responsible for some of the following tasks;

Updating and maintaining the PSMF
Participating in audits and inspections; inspection readiness activities
CAPA management, risk management, developing/reviewing SOPs
Formulating KPIs, preparing training materials and mentoring local staff
Providing Pharmacovigilance training to new starters and to other Pharmacovigilance
teams as necessary.

Applicant Requirements:

Strong technical PV experience including experience of CAPA management, PSMF
maintenance and audit/inspection participation
The ability to work cross-functionally and on a global level, with senior leaders
Prior experience of working within a UK Pharma, CRO or Biotech in a similar role
An ability to contribute to process improvements
A “can do” and flexible mindset
