Benefits Administrator

Contract: Beginning of January 2021 until August 2021 (possible extension)
Day rate: PAYE- up to 25.64
Location: Maidenhead

CPL Life Science are working with a client who are the only vaccine company with a singular global focus on influenza, they work tirelessly on cutting-edge research, transformative technologies and the latest methods of production and distribution. Together with partners they focus on the front line every day, protecting communities from seasonal influenza and global pandemic threat.
Responsible for the administration of the core UK benefit programmes, including medical, dental, Life Assurance, group income protection and the flexible benefit programme.
Liaise to third party UK Benefit brokers
Attend monthly meetings, query escalation point and administering the flexible benefit portal
Coordinate benefit invoice coding and payments plus assisting Finance team with any benefit invoice reconciliation
Gather and store policies across Europe for benefit offerings
Coordinate with Payroll on a monthly basis, reconciling the benefit offerings against payroll deductions
Additional Workday payroll project support for benefits including configuration, integrations, audit reports and payslip validation
Explain Total Rewards policies, practices and procedures to others with the company
Previous UK benefit administration
Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and errors in reporting
Confident using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (vLookup, formulas)
Workday experience preferred
Able to work independently and collaborative team structure
