Up to 700 a day
12 month contract
Skill:Change Management, Veeva experience

The Change Manager will define and implement the Change Management strategy for the Veeva implementation within (including Vault Registrations, Vault Submissions and Submissions archive, Migrations and Integrations).

Responsibilities will include the following:

Collaborate with program Change Management workstream
Analyse change management maturity
Define STRIVE program stakeholders
Define the Program Change Management strategy (including Training strategy)
Draft and coordinate the review of communications
Coordinate change management executions through change agents

Deliverables include (but are not limited to) the following:

Change readiness assessment
Program Change Management strategy (including Training strategy)
Communications strategy and plan
STRIVE program stakeholders register
Employee engagement program
