CPL Life Sciences are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking additional support within their clinical scientific team to provide support throughout all phases of a clinical studies. This role will focus on clinical data review and assess clinical insights to ensure data is scientifically accurate and plausible. You will also have the responsibility of identifying trends, escalating issues and contributing to process improvements where you feel necessary.
You must be able to not over oversee data tasks, but ensure data validation, review and analysis.
Key responsibilities shall include:
• Perform high quality clinical data review and identify clinical data insights through patient level review and trends analysis
• Supporting Interim Analysis, Database and Post Lock activities
• Identify any clinical data issues and assess whether results are accurate and plausible
• Improve the quality of clinical data review/insights with an emphasis on subject safety and eligibility
• Assess the data integrity, analysis and remediation
• Identification of cases for medical review
• Contributes to the development of the data review strategy, ensuring the protocols are adhered to and applied correctly .
• Identify and highlight an issues with the data review process
• May contribute to the development of study-level documents, including clinical sections of key regulatory documents
• Liaise with the pharmacovigilance team when necessary including attending safety monitoring meetings
• Support and present at study level meetings as required
• Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and drug development processes
• Strong scientific knowledge in at least one therapeutic area
• Knowledge of principles of clinical data collection and reporting
• Use systems and tools for data collection, analysis and reporting
• Strong communication skills as well as issue resolution
