Commercial Analyst (Pharma)

Do you have 1-2 years of pharma analytics experience? Or are you an established healthcare analyst looking to move onto the client side?

Our client is a leading player in their field who are due to launch two new products this year (with eight molecules in various stages of clinical development). Employing around 11,000 worldwide and with UK Head Offices in North West London, they are now looking for an analyst to support with the ongoing commercial drive.

Role purpose: To support the commercial teams by performing evaluations and analysis, and presenting timely reports to help the business remain competitive in the market.

In this role: you will need to be able to work with the various commercial, finance, logistics etc. teams to understand and report on market and sales revenue impactors.

Responsibilities in role:
1 Monitor and identify emerging issues and trends communicating effectively with the impacted business areas.
2 Use our CRM database and become an expert in the commercial data and build bespoke reports.
3 Identify market opportunities and communicate these to management and sales leaders.
4 Support the generics business by analysing IMS / sales data and customers trends and reporting
5 Provide a variety of ad hoc analysis support as required
6 Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to understand customer specific insights and agree actions.
7 Support when needed on strategic projects and provide analyst support and guidance.

1 Business Degree or something similar
2 At least 3 years of experience in business analysis in reporting in the commercial segment
3 Strong analytical capabilities
4 Exposure to ERP is a must, SAP exposure is preferred
5 A top class networker, highly intelligent with a creative spark
6 Strong team ethic, assertive, mature and good influencing skills
7 Demonstrated the ability to balance multiple changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
