An outstanding opportunity at a dynamic and highly respected Global organisation, who are looking for a proven senior TA Manager to join their growing recruitment team. The successful candidate will have experience in the Life Science industry, and proven experience in strategy development and a great network within life sciences.

Role Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies with the business senior leaders
Build the reputation of TA as a trusted advisor
Business Partner with hiring managers to build great teams
Pipeline tough to find candidates in a tough candidate market
Work with marketing and HR to build brand marketing strategies to attract and retain the best candidates
Manage and review requisition process for roles
Manage agency relationships as required
Line management for the junior TA team
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience Required
Proven experience as a senior TA specialist or TA Manager
Experience recruiting highly technical roles
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexible, adaptable and the ability to work within fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
Ability working with employees at all levels in the organisation and across all functions both internal and external.
A Life Science background would be an advantage
Excellent organisation skills
