Role: Ethics & Compliance Project Manager

Rate: £55 per hour (Umbrella company)

Location: Macclesfield but can be remote

Duration: 6 months

IR35 Status : Inside

Shift Type: 36.5 hours across Monday/Friday

 

 General Role Responsibility:

 

This role will support the Risk, Operations & Data (ROD) Lead with the planning and implementation of Ethics &Compliance projects across the entire Global Ethics & Compliance function.

 

Role Alignment: This role will align with the EPIC team within Global Ethics & Compliance, and will work directly with the ROD Lead for project assignments.

 

Specific Role Responsibilities:

 

·       Project management of system and operations projects within ROD as well as within the broader Global Ethics & Compliance team, which project management includes the development of timelines and phases as well as communication strategies

·       Drafting proposed project team communications for review and managing the email and other communications channels to the project workstreams

·       Developing change management plans for projects, which plans incorporate timelines for materials/resources development as well as communication strategies

·       Provide regular reporting on status of projects

·       Manage relationships with external providers where appropriate

·       Track project performance

·       Maintain project specification documentation, from scoping to implementation and training

Desired Experience:

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience running complex business projects

·       Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, leadership and influencing – able to influence without authority commanding respect through actions

·       Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

·       Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

·       Excellent problem-solving skills – able to find pragmatic solutions with an analytical mindset

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms

·       Full proficiency communicating in English in a business context (verbally & in writing)

·       Proven capacity to prioritise and maintain confidentiality

·       Ability to remain calm under pressure 

·       Knowledge managing projects (project tracking, budget, schedule, end to end process)

·       Problem Solving Skills/ Solution focus

·       Experience working across teams (e.g., IT)
