Reporting to the Team Line Manager, your main role will be responsible for achieving a profitable and high performing contract recruitment desk, working alongside an already experienced Senior Consultant who is one of the business top billers and within a highly successful and established team. You will be expected to achieve a consistent focus and delivery of key drivers of the business (KPIs), identify the best candidates available in the market and ensuring maximum control of candidates by building exceptional business relationships. You will manage a selection of key accounts and new clients to ensure maximisation of profit through strong job on to placement ratios. Desk management, organisation and planning will be an essential part of this role. This is an indicator of the main drivers of the role, but not exhaustive. As with all dynamic and growing businesses the role is subject to change based on growth and market trends.
There is a full job spec available however your core focus will be around balanced candidate, client and job cycle management. We will give training around best practice in all 3 cycles and allow you to develop and grow your own unique recruitment business within our highly successful brands.
What we are looking for:
Fluent written and spoken English necessary for advert writing and professionally presented CVs and Internal Reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sales ability and/or persuasiveness in order to build rapport and business relationships
Experience or background in the field of recruitment or a target driven environment where achievement was measured and essential to success
Ability to work in a pressurised environment with the need to multi-task and re-prioritise constantly
Urgency and drive for results / goal orientation
Planning and organisation
Team work / collaborative approach
Flexibility and change orientation
Compliance ability to comply with company procedures that support development/working practices
Good working knowledge of Job Science or similar recruitment software, Excel / Word / PowerPoint essential
Used to making quick but sensible business decisions based on market knowledge
English and Maths GCSE; Grade C or above
Preferably A Levels/Degree
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
