Job Description

Global Workspace Solutions (formerly Global Asset Planning) delivers innovative and effective space solutions that enable energized and engaging workplaces in support of companies strategy.

Global Workplace Solutions is responsible for the developing the strategy, master plan, design and the utilization of companies worldwide real estate portfolio. This position is specifically related to leading real estate planning and execution activities in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

In addition, this role collaborates closely with site management, clients and facilities & engineering teams to ensure the successful construction and implementation of new office and laboratory spaces. Other responsibilities include:

·        Support the execution of departmental functional strategy and goals

·        Serve as a real estate ambassador, responsible for engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders and local teams to identify real estate solutions, maintain owned and leased facility portfolio activities & drive value in real estate operations

·        Actively engage with Corporate Real Estate Lead and business leaders to communicate market trends, opportunities or constraints which impact business drivers

·        Partner with execution team to understand and deliver innovative workplace solutions for owned and leased real estate

·        Applies research, information gathering, and analytical interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope

·        Recognizes and escalates problems

·        Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR Associate Degree/Post Secondary Diploma and 2 years of project management experience

AND

Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication

Proficiency in Office Programs as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
