Cpl are looking for a Development Scientist to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Kent.
Position: Crystallization Development Scientist
Location: Kent
Salary: up to 20.27
Employment type: 12-months
The successful Scientist will be part of the crystallisation group, supporting the development of new processes.
Role:
Support the crystallization, isolation and drying process development activities
Analyse product samples for physical properties, using X-Ray Diffraction, Optical Microscopy, Laser Diffraction and other techniques
Support technical initiatives involving the installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment where necessary
Adhere to client standards and maintain quality and good housekeeping
Keep accurate laboratory notebook, including interpretation and results
Requirements:
BSc in a Scientific Discipline
Experience of working on crystallization
Experience of using X-Ray Diffraction, Optical Microscopy & Laser Diffraction
