Customer Experience Manager

12 month contract

28 hours per week- across 4 or 5 days

£250 per day (£35 per hour PAYE)

CPL Life Sciences have partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking an experienced Marketing/Brand professional to join the team on an initial 12 month contract, focusing on the customer experience and engagement from specific marketing and brand projects.

The aim of this role will be to identify customer trends and subsequently design and implement omnichannel engagement plans, ensuring optimisation of audience engagement programs and projects.

Key skills and responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the optimisation of customer engagement and experience

• Design and create omnichannel marketing materials 

• Create the briefs for agency partners to facilitate promotional material 

• Identify customer trends and needs

• Analyse competitor intelligence

• Drive and promote automated engagement plans

• Collaborate with local and global teams 

Experience:

• Marketing degree or equivalent experience 

• Experience using technical software to analyse customer insights

• Design marketing plans in line with patient/customer experience and engagement

• Quantitative and qualitative research 

• Translate overall customer insight and requirements
