Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Frimley, Camberley – Hybrid 2 days in office

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Rate: Up to £15 Per Hour PAYE

 

Purpose

Support end-to-end UK order management process by interacting with customers for full Orders to Cash processes, along with other internal departments to ensure all orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Sales support specialists responsible for key sales coordination activities. Supervision and support readily available from next line manager.

 

Major Accountabilities

·       Timely order management using relevant SAP system.

·       Perform both manual and EDI order entry for all UK Customers.

·       Issue credit and debits notes to resolution.

·       Monitor email inboxes and voice mails to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability.

·       Perform order confirmation and stock status to all Customers.

·       Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to both external and internal parties.

·       Maintain and issue customer open order list.

·       Maintain accurate and up to date working procedures.

·       Process Daily and Monthly Reporting of Order Book, shipped, not shipped and rejected to the UK Internal Business.

·       IDOC Monitoring.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       SAP Knowledge for Orders to Cash.

·       Advanced Excel Skills.

·       Excellent attention to detail
