Job Title – Onboarding Support Specialist – Italian Speaking

Location – Central London – Hybrid 3 Days in Office Per Week

Pay Rate – £108.00 – £118.00 Per Day PAYE

Contract Duration – 9 Months – flex to go perm/extension.

My client, a global e-commerce company, are looking for an Italian speaking Onboarding Support Specialist to support and onboard Italian customers as well as improve onboarding processes. You will be directly responsible for impacting a customer’s first experience of working with our business, working to KPIs that directly measure customer experience.

The key responsibilities for the role revolve around supporting directly and indirectly (partnering with the sales team) throughout the customer’s onboarding journey to allow our clients to start shipping within Italy.
