Pay Rate: £94.60 – £121.20 Per Day PAYE

Contract Duration: 7 Months – Possibility for extension/permanent

 

My client, a multinational tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team initially on a temporary 7-month basis, with a chance of extension or role being made permanent depending on performance.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·        Managing Customer escalations whilst providing exemplary customer service.

·        Providing support for SME and Internal Teams.

·        Providing support and guidance to customer support team

·        Working cross functionally within the business including stakeholders.

 

Preferred qualifications:

·        Fluent in English.

·        Experience working in support environment.

·        Customer Focused

·        Excellent Communicator

·        Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel
