A global leading pharmaceutical firm, currently require a Desktop Support Engineer to join a vibrant IT Team who are part of an amazing firm that are making impact in the pharmaceutical industry and providing an opportunity for the right candidate if successful to provide innovative digital solutions to clients.

Upon joining, the Desktop Support Engineer will be providing support to pc users aiding in solving issues implementing processes to ensure users are effectively supported. The company are in need of a Desktop Support Engineer to communicate pc user challenges, and provide guidance on any software or hardware platform.
In terms of skills, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has experience working with Microsoft software as well as PC hardware. You will be tasked with maintaining the pool equipment effectively.
