Digital and CRM Specialist
Location: Berkshire

My client is a large consumer healthcare company whose nutrition portfolio stretches across both medical and retail. They have invested millions in all things digital, CRM and analytics over the last few years. Their major focus in this role is increasing their global capabilities for a number of launches and expansion projects. This role will work cross-functionally to support various components such as marketing, sales, finance, medical, CRM and more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supporting website improvements and social channels
-Supporting the growing CRM proposition
-Monitoring and optimising digital assets
-Achieving digital media targets
-Supporting ecommerce specialists to optimise the content ecommerce platform

Requirements:
-Proven marketing experience
-Experience within Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or Consumer Health
-Experience working in a digital management role
-Google analytics & CRM experience
