JOB TITLE: Digital Asset Specialist (Digital content + CRM)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Despite the 100,000+ people worldwide, the client promotes a very lean structure meaning this role will be a blend of the operational and strategic elements within the digital team, with excellent exposure to the various cross-functional and leadership teams.

Suitable for:
> An executive/assistant who may want to step away from a purely operational role
– Ask, owned worksheets end to end? Developing rpojects understanding and looked at data an otpimised going forward.

Team: This role will work cross-functionally to support various components such as marketing, sales, finance, medical, CRM and more.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimise ecommerce platforms content to drive conversion and engagement
Grow website engagement across all key branded websites reimbursed and OOP)
Optimise owned social accounts
To grow the clients Veeva CRM proposition across relevant portfolios (reimbursed and OOP)
Achieving media digital targets reimbursed and OOP

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage key websites (reimbursed and OOP), driving engagement and drive traffic (organic and paid)
Working with the cross-functional teams as well as various agencies and marketing on developing digital assets meeting best practices across OPP and Reimbursed
Support the CRM Lead with growing the CRM across all relevant brands (Reimbursed and OPP) meeting key KPIs
Managing approved digital assets (images and videos) across all digital portfolios working alongside the marketing team
Owning day to day social platforms working with digital agencies and marketing team
Weekly reporting on websites (the use of Google Analytics), CRMs and social platforms (OPP and Reimbursed)
Operational having an understanding on Salesforce platform
Basic knowledge on HTLM building
Working with media agency and ecommerce specialist on improving ROAS
Working with ecommerce specialist ensuring digital content is optimal on ecommerce website driving conversion

BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

Experience
> Proven marketing experience
> Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Consumer health experience would be preferred
> Proven experience working in a digital or customer relations management role is required
> Google analytics & CRM experience required
> Basic knowledge of HTML building preferred
