A multinational pharmaceutical corporation are looking to hire a digital sales representative to work in Tadworth, Surrey as part of their massive innovative digital transformation programme.
This role covers all customers in Primary Care and Secondary Care and involves the promotion of the clients growth brands to these customers in the digital arena using non-customer facing technology. It is expected that key functions of this role will include the selling of brands to customers through the planning of remote customer calls and virtual meetings to engage with customers in different way.

The role requires competence in planning and organising to meet digital objectives and some involvement in project work may be required. The role generates insights and intelligence in country for manager and the DMM & product teams to help shape above & in country PCBU strategies

Key Duties:
Experience in using a range of digital platforms
Basic understanding of core digital metrics used by the organisation
Effective selling skills in a virtual setting
Running effective virtual promotional meetings
Awareness and integration of digital channels to meet our customer needs
Effective selling skills in a virtual setting
Achievement of message recall, sales targets & market Share growth
Achievement of activity objectives
Effective selling skills ICE minimum standards
Achievement of National Sales Target
Achievement of customer activity metrics
Customer satisfaction data/ feedback on the virtual customer interactions
Running effective virtual promotional meetings
Value added programmes are effectively implemented with field and demonstrate return
Regular sharing of appropriate information to enhance the business
Good customer management e.g. sharing/exchanging opportunities and insights
Taking on Digital team responsibility e.g. Brand Leads, Med manager Lead
Learning clinical papers, new sales materials and keeping up to date with relevant disease & technology knowledge

Multichannel Capabilities:

Ability to develop multi-channel customer journeys; Ability to develop the right content, for the right customer on the right channel
Ability to explore innovative solutions whilst adhering to compliance requirements
Analysis of digital data to provide insights to set strategic direction and tactics; Selecting and setting digital KPIs; In depth understanding of digital metrics and the relevance to the business;
Developing insights from digital metrics to inform next best decision for customer; Ability to present /detail content / materials on various digital platforms and the ability to engage with customers utilising a variety of multi-channel communications
