Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE plus shift allowance
Shifts: Continental shifts (4 days on 4 days off, 12 hour shifts, Days and Nights)
My client are looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to ensure production lines are operational with as little downtime as possible. This includes reactive maintenance, PPM and planned upgrades.
These production lines are operational 24/7 and run to GMP standards. My client are looking for experience within a high volume production environment, good understanding of PLC fault finding and knowledge of fault finding and setting up AC and DC inverters.
Key Responsibilities
· Keep the production facility running at maximum efficiency
· Plan and Lead production line maintenance and maintenance checks
· Coordinate breakdown activities and reactive maintenance
· Ensure completion of PPM to a high standard including continuous improvement
Requirements
· Qualifications: NVQ, Degree or time served apprenticeship
· Experience with maintaining complex production lines to high standards
· Fault finding and developing PLC programs
· Knowledge of electrical systems in a hazardous environment
