HR Administrator

Imminent contract until 30th July 2021
Pay rate: 13 per hour via PAYE
Working hours- Mon to Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm (working from home)

Client
CPL Life Sciences is working with a vaccine company with a singular global focus on influenza. The clients works tirelessly on cutting-edge research, transformative technologies and the latest methods of production and distribution. Together with their partners they are on the front line every day, protecting communities from seasonal influenza and global pandemic threats.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides centralized human resource services and transactions whilst ensuring efficiency of service centre operations, technology, and transaction processes
Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs
Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists
Resolves complaints and inquiries escalated from Tier 1 that are more complex
Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different requests
Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in the case management tool

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field preferred
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Experience supporting multiple HR COE areas, such as Compensation, Benefits, Relocation, and Staffing
Knowledge of HR Portal technology desired
