An outstanding opportunity at a highly respected company within the Life Science Industry, who are looking for an experience HR Generalist to support be onsite in Loughborough, providing day to day HR support and be a champion for cultural change across the business.
Full HR ownership of the employee lifecycle
Ownership of employee relations across the UK site
Be a champion for cultural and organisational change and engagement across the UK business
Support the European HR Director to improve HR strategy across the region
Be the first point of contact for HR related queries for the UK site
Management of annual leave, holiday, maternity, sick pay etc
Management of the recruitment process, for both direct hires and through agency partners
HR advisor or generalist level experience minimum 3 years, CIPD level 3/5 ideally
Strong knowledge of UK law
Capable of influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders
Experience of Workday HCM system or similar
Ability to work autonomously, and detail orientated.
