An outstanding opportunity at a dynamic and highly respected company based in Maidenhead, who are a well-known global healthcare organisation. Are currently looking for a HRBP to join them on a contractual basis for 3 months initially.

Responsibilities
Support creation and deployment of the HR agenda for the business within a country, aligned with business, HR and shared services strategies
Use data and analytics combined with qualitative and experience led insights to shape strategies in partnership with business leaders
Partner with leaders to support and define the cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans
Deploy HR policies with leaders to drive the achievement of strategic objectives in the following areas: organizational design, talent planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning
Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to leaders
Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups
Own and deliver key projects for the Consumer Business and/or UKI cross-sector organisations
Building Organizational Capability:
Partner with client groups to develop and deliver appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization
Driving Talent Agendas:
Contribute to development and execution of the Sector Talent Strategy in partnership with leaders
HR Excellence and Leadership:
Builds partnership to translate ideas for change into innovative change efforts, including developing detailed change plans, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring the availability of resources

Experience Required
Successful track record at a professional level
Enthusiastic team member with a strong drive to build a positive work environment
Experience manipulating and using data to influence your business leaders
Experience planning and implementing projects
Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills
Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills
Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers to drive talent outcomes for the business
Experience with innovative change efforts, including implementing detailed change management plans
Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries
Strong communication and influencing skills
