*Exclusive* SALES/BD/NEW BUSINESS SPECIALIST ROLE (multiple positions)

The client:

On behalf of our parent company, we are currently working with one of the fastest growing brands on the planet. Our client has over 6,000 employees worldwide and are East/Central London based in the UK.

Founded little over a decade ago, our client is now almost a $3billion business worldwide and is still growing. We have been asked to exclusively cover a new project designed to increase their sales team/performance and train the next generation of market leaders.

In joining, you would become one of a number of new inside sales experts as the globally recognised brand looks to bring on a team of regionally focused experts.

This role is heavily focused on your ability to use the global name to increase business with various incentives along the way. In return for achieving new business targets, your OTE would include…

> a highly competitive basic (enquire within)
> an additional 1,000 per month
> additional fees such as an extra 200 for exceptional deals
> ‘President style’ club holidays with a +1
> company days out
> 20% off their own offerings

Besides the financial/incentive offerings, our client also offers…

> 2,000 season ticket loans
> 5% pension
> 23 – 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
> reduced hours on a Friday

What you will need:
> to be able to work in London 5 days a week
> to have roughly five years experience in B2B sales
> B2B sales experience within an overall 4+ year career is crucial
> a hunter mentality and previous track record in finding/chasing new leads
> a track record in generating new business
> a good telephone manner
> an ability to talk to local businesses (ideally previous experience doing so)
> to come with a good skill-set and ability however, it is CRUCIAL that you come with the intention of developing further (see below)

Training:
> our client is keen to find inside sales/BD specialists who are willing to develop into best in the market experts. From their side, they have promised a 2 week intensive training course and ongoing management within a vibrant culture.
