Inside Sales Rep (Clinical Research)
Home Based – Germany
Salary: Up to €55,000 + Commission

My client are a niche company that provide technology based, clinical document management solutions to pharmaceutical companies. They are seeking a high-performing individual to join their dynamic global sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned specialist within the pharmaceutical market.

You will work with prospective clients to find and understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. You will generate new sales leads through various means including marketing-based activities and client referrals. 

Key Activities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers
• Navigate inbound sales inquiries
• Conduct pre-qualification of prospects
• Set up appointments with the appropriate sales team members
• Provide additional support for marketing-related functions

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Life Science Industry is preferred
• Previous experience in a sales driven environment
• Fluent German + English language
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role

This is a permanent role that can be home based anywhere in Germany. You will be compensated with a competitive basic salary, commission and excellent long term career prospects.
