Manager, Issues & Crisis Management

The Issues and Crisis Manager will be responsible for providing expertise across the European region and will partner with Senior Leadership teams on a global level to provide critical incident and crisis management support.

The Issues & Crisis Management team is part of a wider External Communications and Government Affairs group. Youll work closely with the Head of Crisis Management and will assist in upskilling the wider business with regards to crisis preparedness and management.

You will work across a portfolio of established brands and will also:

Work closely with cross-functional colleagues across Media Relations, External Affairs, Quality, Legal and Regulatory teams
Be the point of contact for the European Corporate communications team, and work closely with third party vendors in effectively managing responses when required
Provide training to the wider organisation on issues/crisis management

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

Significant issues and crisis management experience
Experience of working with health products/within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry would be advantageous
The ability to work within a matrix organisation
Confidence in partnering with Senior Leadership teams/senior stakeholders
