An award-winning Medical Device firm based in Alloa, Scotland, currently requires an office-based IT Engineer to join their IT team to help maintain and improve their systems, network, and processes.
Upon joining, the IT Engineer will be you will be the primary IT system administrator to a small/medium sized international company with remote facilities, in-sourcing and managing our IT infrastructure to maximise system uptime and ensure business continuity, offering a consistently high level of service to all users.
In terms of skills, we are looking for an IT Engineer who has a minimum of 3yrs experience working in a similar role; experience of Tenant management for Microsoft 365 for enterprise; experience of Windows-based desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11) and troubleshooting common problems with them and understanding of network infrastructure and technology, (ubiquity hardware).
Desirably, you will have to be:
• MS 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
• MS 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator
• MS 365 Certified: Security Administrator
• MS 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
