Clinical Professionals are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 3-4 years recruitment experience to join us on a warm and well-established IT desk.

Based in Reading, you will join a group of passionate and professional individuals focussing on placing IT candidates in roles such as; Front end development, .Net, Infrastructure, Java Script, QA & many more.
With an established client base, your focus will include:
Managing full life cycle recruiting and the successful staffing of positions
Building and developing a profitable and high performing desk, leveraging existing and new relationships
Proactively sourcing candidates via social media, job adverts and referrals
Reviewing CVs, screening candidates and submitting suitably qualified candidates to clients
Working to weekly and monthly targets
The team have been growing exponentially since 2017 and due to this growth areas of progression are opening up. Upon success in the role, you can expect to get a choicer between management or non-management routes all dependent on what will suit your personal career goals.
