TRAINING COORDINATOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
Location: Swindon, Wilts
Salary: up to 25,000 and Bonus/Corporate benefits package.
Our client, a highly respected, well established, global Life Sciences business working in a niche area of Medical technology/Devices currently has an opening for a talented individual essentially with experience of electronic learning management systems for a responsible role within their busy Quality function.
As the Training Coordinator, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Acting as System Administrator for the company electronic learning management system
Coordinating the work of the department training coordinators
Supporting the administration of the company electronic document system
Understanding company training requirements on Quality processes and identify activities to address them
Developing and maintaining training materials to support training of Quality processes
Generating KPIs for the training aspects of the Quality Management System
Generating and maintaining relevant SOPs and other relevant documentation
Providing guidance and support to colleagues on the company learning management system
Supporting company infrastructure projects relevant to the role
Maintaining a basic understanding of the applicable GMP/ISO requirements
Actively supporting a continuous improvement culture, for example by participation in lessons learned activities
Acting as an advocate of Quality to embed a culture of quality across the organization
Educated to A Level or equivalent
Previous experience of working with electronic learning management essential
Working within a regulated industry is desirable
A basic understanding of applicable GMP/ISO requirements is advantageous
High computer literacy, with good working knowledge of MS Office software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to demonstrate the ability to work flexibly whilst responding to priorities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively as part of a team
