International Multi-channel Customer Engagement Capabilities Consultant

This role/team will define standards, leverage efficiencies and institutionalise best practices across International.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
This role will work closely with the IBU Multichannel Operations (MCO) Team and the IBU Customer Analytics Team to develop the multi-channel & customer engagement capabilities of a global pharmaceutical company.
The role also requires close collaboration with International Brand Leaders, affiliate brand and MCE business partners, and the rest of the International MCE Team to support multichannel campaigns as well as to standardize practices for prioritized channels internationally.
Reporting into the International Director, this role will:
Act as a subject matter expert for prioritized MCE channels to execute centrally developed activities for these channels
Drive and own central MCE Capabilities (trainings, playbooks, standards), ensure they are understood and rolled out across the region; and support affiliate teams when needed
Closely collaborate with Customer Analytics Team to drive MCE Analytics capability, ensuring implementation of platforms, processes and skill development programs
Partner with International MCE TA Consultants to identify and drive replication of best practices related to prioritized channels and capabilities for key brands and affiliates
Drive replication and use of key platforms required for MCE, ensure OCM plan and training
Keep abreast with market and industry innovative solutions
Minimum Experience Preference
Minimum of 4 years previous work experience in a digital/multi-channel/engagement role within pharmaceuticals
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in multi-channel marketing
Experience with leveraging channels and digital tactics to engage with customers; fluent in marketing principles and best practices
Demonstrated capacity to achieve results through others and external agencies
Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences
Leadership skills, including ability to work with and through others
Ability to manage and lead change and work in a complex environment
Excellent communication skills
Track record in successful delivery of significant programs at affiliate or regional level
Curiosity. Ability to stay up to date on emerging customer engagement trends
Strong orientation on customer needs and drive to satisfy them
Understanding of how technology impacts customer experience
Fluent in English, another language preferred
MBA or another related graduate-level degree is preferred
