Medical Devices Compliance Manager 2 month Contract

Location: Tyne & Wear
Salary: Hourly/Daily rate depending on suitability

We currently have a role available for a Medical Devices Compliance Manager on a contract/interim basis. This is a key role ensuring quality standards and training is provider for the wider team for a highly rated NHS Trust.

Primary responsibilities include:

Service manager for medical devices training services team
Accountable & responsible for the delivery of medical devices training and compliance
Ensuring all aspects of governance, compliance, service performance and risk management associated with effective and efficient service delivery
Lead the evaluation of medical device training practice, by monitoring standards and Key Service Metrics and ensuring that performance is audited and research based to continually improve the service and support the clinical governance framework
Ensuring all equipment is suitable for the purpose for which it is to be used;

Key Experience:

Knowledge of medical device safety, control of infection, governance and service provision
Experience of training clinical staff
Experience of incident investigation
Recognised teaching qualification
