Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company that focusses on developing life changing vaccines recruiting for a Microbiology QC Analyst to join one of their laboratories in Liverpool. The main purpose of the QC Analyst is to perform Microbiology testing on in-process, intermediate and finished vaccine products.
Key Responsibilities;
- Perform Microbiology QC laboratory testing and communicate all findings
- Investigate of any invalid, OOS/ OOT results within the GLIMS system
- Support with technical and validation studies
- Manage deviations and communicate with QA
- Manage CAPAs, Change Control
- Update SOPs
- Perform quality risk assessments
- Perform laboratory administrations, archiving of documentation
- Manage QC samples
- Laboratory maintenance, including cleaning, ordering and ensuring stock required is available
Experience;
- A degree within a scientific subject
- Previous Microbiology experience is a necessity
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
