To be the project lead for the implementation of Netsuite and PBCS on a 12 month contract basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative User for Netsuite, managing solutions to daily first line support tickets
Optimisation and improvement projects to maximise the ROI from the ERP system
Managing of projects for new system configurations
Provide inductions and training to users on all Finance Systems
Administrative User on other finance-related systems such as Certify expenses, PBCS (budget planning and reporting), Tableau, etc.
Turn around finance requests quickly into professional software solutions

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Three years plus prior experience in a similar role
Either finance qualification (part or fully) or working experience in financial accounting environment, in addition to IT skills set
Ideally a recognised IT qualification
Required skills and knowledge:
o Foundation course in software engineering design principles i.e. UML (class diagrams, ERD diagrams)
o HTML scripting (intermediate coding level for email template modifications)
o PHP (intermediate coding level for email template modifications) or equivalent

o XML (ability to read and modify XML files)
o Understanding of UI design (Good understanding of user interface layouts)
o Ideally knowledge of cloud systems and caching
o Ideally understanding of networking

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES and SKILLS
Previous responsibility as admin user on ERP systems, preferably Oracle/Netsuite
Experience of basic Oracle scripting, workflow management and form template customisation
Administrative experience of report creation and data management experience with Hyperion Planning or OLAP databases, preferably exposure to Sbase and possibly FDM/FDQ experience
Prior experience in documenting, analysing and project managing small projects for the improvement of ERP systems
Exposure to multi-country, multi-dimensional data structures
Proactive and able to create solutions
Knowledgeable and curious about accounting software solutions
Demonstrates proactive and can-do attitude
Understands the demands and time constraints within finance
Goes the extra mile to deliver quality output.
Achieves and exceeds KPIs (SLAs)
Approachable, customer-orientated focus to relationships and in delivery of output
