A leading pharmaceutical firm based in London, currently requires an office-based Network Engineer to join their Central London IT Infrastructure team supporting local and remote office WAN and LAN environments.
Upon joining, the Network Engineer will be required to build network configurations, involved in Cisco switching, routing and firewalls as well as help to maximise performance by troubleshooting network problems and scheduling upgrades. You will also be required to collaborate with the network architect team on network optimisation and establish and maintain network performance.
In terms of skills, we are looking for someone who has a strong background in Network Engineering, Cisco switching/routing/firewalls as well as some experience in Meraki, checkpoint firewalls, SDWAN and monitoring tools. You must also have a degree in IT or Network related subjects.
Desirably, the Network Engineer should have qualifications in Cisco CCNA or CCNP.
