PTP Accounts Payable Specialist 

Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: £150 per day PAYE

Location: Maidenhead or Marlow (Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office and 2 remote)

Objectives 

This role will be a member of the PTP and Transparency team as a business partner to the International Aesthetics Operations. The role serves to make sure as a business we commit funds and make payments to our suppliers and customers compliantly, accurately and on time. Includes training for the roles to be performed.  

 

Key responsibilities 

PROCURE TO PAY (PTP) 

• Manage coordination of payments to Customers applying dedication, attention and focus to detail consistently in the process. 

• Partner with Business functions and owners as required to ensure a smooth and compliant process. 

• Liaise with Shared Service Team on queries related to payment requests. 

• Highlight process improvement opportunities as part of continuous review culture. 

• Support Team with projects and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable. 

• Proven experience to work with multi-functional teams and across all levels within the organisation. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Requirement for Excel proficiency with Pivot tables, lookups would be a beneficial skill.
