QC Laboratory Analyst – Chemistry

Cpl Life Sciences are currently working with a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention services to protect the lives and health of people around the world. We are currently recruiting for a QC Laboratory Analyst to perform routine testing and provide quality control and assurance support to activities performed and results recorded.
Key responsibilities;
- Sampling, testing and releasing of raw materials
- Routine testing of packaging and bulk samples, ensuring analysis is conducted within deadlines ready for the packaging department
- Investigating and reporting deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Management of laboratory documentation, specifications, methods and production documents
- Issuing labels to production and control of label stocks to minimise productions delays and errors, performing QC sample checks on packed products
- Performing routine monitoring of water systems, TOC, conductivity, chemical testing and microbiological sampling both on purified and WFI systems
Experience;
- Degree in within a scientific subject, preferably chemistry
- One years minimum experience in an analytical lab
- Experience of analytical techniques including HPLC, FT-IR,
