Job summary

We are working with one of the world’s largest E-Commerce company’s and their EMEA Student Programs team is expanding and there has never been a more exciting time to be joining!

We are on a mission to build out a world class campus team that supports university hiring including MBA, technical and non-technical campus talent. This team is looking for an Early Attraction Event/Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about engaging university within Europe, Middle East and Africa, connecting them to inspiring opportunities to meet the talent needs of Amazons businesses. You will be part of the Early Attraction and Engagement team and will support a team of Program Managers who’s primary goal is to attract talented students to apply to our tech and non-tech intern and grad hiring pipelines within EMEA.

As an Early Engagement Attraction Coordinator, you will:

Support a team of Attraction Program Managers with student events, insight programs, logistics and coordination for University and Early Careers engagement.

Supporting the administration of payments for third party vendors.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as students, universities, vendors.

Support program managers in driving engagement strategies. We like people who Think Big and research or know already where to be looking and Deliver Results in a fast paced environment.

Work with tools and systems and supporting reporting

Fine tune standard processes for attraction and engagement that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

Basic qualifications

Fluency in written and spoken English

Experience in a business and commercial setting

Experience with tools and systems, Excel and project management

Have strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications

Have experience in the event coordination space

Have a proven interest in campus recruitment

Are self-sufficient and are able to work with little direct supervision

Have strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in an international team environment

Preferred skills – that they are fluent in Polish or Romania or any other European Language.
