Role Summary:

An exclusive opportunity based with a pharmaceutical organisation and focused on branded generics (Respiratory). 

The Regional Business Manager will lead, coach, and manage a team of 6 Sales professionals whilst still contributing to the active development of KOLs and advocacy across the region. You will also work directly with the National Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive formulary uptake of products and achievement of all sales targets.

Location & travel:

Applicants must live within the region and be able, and willing, to travel frequently. It is expected that you will provide support to the team in the field, so anticipated travel will be at least 2-3 times per week (75%).

About You:

A demonstrable Sales background within the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position in Sales/Business Management is essential for this role. 

Branded generics and Respiratory experience would both be highly advantageous, and it is also required that you can demonstrate evidence of:

• Direct line management and team leadership.

• Experience of working across both primary and secondary care settings – experience at ICB level will also be an advantage.

• Engaging and working with KOLs and payers.
