Sales Automation Manager

In the role, you will:

• Champion organisations data culture, co-creating joint strategies and synergies.

• To be an expert in Sales excellence principles across various channels within the company.

• Utilise IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management

• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and frameworks

• Responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools

• Manages Request, Escalations and provide inputs as needed

• Handle assigned BAU projects

• Testing of New / exiting functionality of Sales tools.

• Stimulate new ideas to improve distribution and drive in-store execution, based on global insights, learnings, and executions

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (both business & IT) to align strategy, prioritisation, roadmaps, and resource.

• Establish, track, and monitor business value for all initiatives and products.

• Develop hands on knowledge of the Sales Excellence tool being used.

Skills & Experience, Personal Attributes

• Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key.

• Agile project management experience is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation plans

• Effective teamwork & Comms skills

• Resilient and able to make decisions under pressure.

• P&L understanding

• B. Tech / BE in any IT/Software-related discipline

• Understanding of FMCG Commercial Business Process (Distributor- Retail) will be an advantage.

• Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities
