Senior Brand Manager/Lead

SENIOR BRAND MANAGER/LEAD (respiratory experience required)
Based: North West London (with home working flexibility)
CPL Life Sciences are working with a well-known global pharma on an exclusive basis, assisting with a new strategic marketing role within the respiratory team. This role will desire candidates with previous respiratory pharma marketing exposure, and significant experience having lead launch strategies.
To develop brand-marketing strategies, including product development, brand creation, commercial planning and implement these strategies through marketing and commercial campaigns which maximise return on investment for the brands
To be successful in your application, you must have the following:
Relevant Product Management Marketing experience and proven track record of success.
UK product launch (ideally in respiratory but not vital)
Line management of some kind (in/direct or mentoring)
The right to work in the UK
Required Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical market.
Ability to evaluate ROI when utilising Marketing Budgets.
Full knowledge of pharma marketing in OTC and POM branded products.
Knowledge of financial processes.
Knowledge of customer characteristics.
Intermediate use of MS Office.
Ability to develop content for Brand Plan/ vision.
Ability to translate strategic plan into tactical plan and drive projects.
Ability to negotiate for resources.
Ability to prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the Brand.
Ability to analyze data to develop insights.
Ability to effectively communicate and sell to external/ internal stakeholders.
Ability to openly exchange of ideas.
Ability to take responsibility for allocated P&L, and balance between opportunities, resources and investments to maximize the growth.
Ability to challenge status quo and think at a higher strategic level.
Ability to coordinate different strategic and operational actions.
Ability to monitor results and develop, propose and implement action plans.
Ability to work in a matrix environment, positive individual behaviour
