Our client is seeking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Lausanne. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and risks.


– Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights to management.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to develop and implement supply chain strategies.

– Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

– Forecast demand for products and materials to support production planning and inventory management.

– Evaluate and optimize transportation and distribution networks to minimize lead times and costs.

– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the supply chain.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply chain activities.

– Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics and findings to stakeholders.


– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.

– 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

– Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

– Knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

– Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
