My client is a leading technology company based in Nottingham, with great vision and values. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join their Nottingham office. Experience hiring for Technology is a must!

Role Summary
Deliver and execute volume recruitment process for Senior and tech roles
Become an expert in individual sectors, regional requirements, and USP of the company
Form and deliver on a candidate attraction strategy, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, careers events etc
Achieve direct sourcing targets, minimising reliance on recruitment agencies
Take candidates through entire lifecycle from first call to offer stage
Develop excellent relations with hiring managers in the company to understand their needs

Experience Required
3-7 years experience within Technology recruitment
Experience of senior recruitment
Excellent direct sourcing experience using CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience of using and designing attraction tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
